Recover Deleted Form

    Hi,

    Somehow a form in my account got deleted.

    It is not in the trash or archive or main list of forms.

    How can I recover it?

    I have the form ID number.

    The form URL on your page is this as of checking https://form.jotform.com/30065737705959. It is available and working just fine. Were you able to resolve this?

    If the issue still persist on the form in question, please let us know the form ID so we can search it here.

    By the way, deleted forms are not actually deleted right away. They stay on the trash folder. Once they are purged in the trash folder, I'm afraid they can't be recovered anymore.
