    After upgrade to Bronze, I'm unable to find my form?

    ieri ho effettuato l'upgrade a profilo Bronze con utenza Methesrl. Oggi non risulta più attivo il link https://form.jotformeu.com/guest_60882690992066/methe

    che ho inserito in una form di registrazione evento. Cosa è successo?

    I can find this form under methesrl account: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/60881978104362

    And your account is already under Bronze subscription.

    I can find the Form, but the address has changed. And i've mailed the old address to compile Form.

    Glad to know you are able to find the form in your account now, regarding to your second question, I'm not sure if understood correctly, which address has changed? 

    Is it the email address where you receive your email notifications?

    The URL changed since you used your guest account to create the old form. And the form in your old guest account is not the same as the form in your paid account, that's why it has different ID. You need to have your form moved, not cloned in order to have the same form ID. We can move the form to your paid account on your request. 

    Please let us know if you want us to move the form in question to your new account.

    I was unable to find a form with the ID: 60882690992066

    Seems like the guest account where you have created it does not exist anymore and the form has been deleted. 

    I tried using this link that is the one you provided: https://form.jotformeu.com/guest_60882690992066/methe

    And using the ID of this form, but I could not find a form with that info, if you have still the URL of the old form, please test it and if it is working on your end provide us with that so we will move the form for you.

    the old url is not reachable. I have the form in the bronze account, but the url is changed. is possible to reach the actual form with the old url. as I toldyou I've mailed the old url to compile the form. and it's very urgent.

    I checked your account and forms associated with it and form that you are referring to in this thread, and apparently those two are the same forms. I checked also the email that you sent, it is the same form:  https://form.jotformeu.com/guest_60882690992066/methe

    But that form was under guest account, and we can not find that ID anymore. On the other hand, I can see that you have this form under your account methesrl:  http://www.jotformeu.com/form/60881978104362

    Are you referring to that same form or to some other one?
