    Hi,

Here is the form in question http://form.jotformeu.com/form/60854960060354

This form is attached to my ebay selling page.

What i would like to happen is when the customer clicks on the Send button they are then taken back to the page where they looking before coming to the form.

    Example.

    Customer is on this page

    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/111926636994?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649

They now complete the form & select send.

I would like to now apply something so they are then taken back to the same page being

    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/111926636994?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649

Basically the link on the send button needs to send customer back to the same ebay page.

Is this possible,if so please advise.

    Many thanks.

    Hello ipbr21054,

If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to redirect your users to a specific page. Is that correct?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by setting the custom thank you URL of your form. The following guide should help you how to redirect users to any specific URL:  https://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page

    Please check the screenshot below:

    Not quite correct.

I have a redirect in place when the button is selected.

Example if the customer is on say page 6 they then click on the form/complete & press send.

This redirect link needs to return them to page 6

Say for page 9,click send then return them to page 9

    Understand ?

    Hello ipbr21054,

I did check your form #60854960060354 and it does not have multiple pages. Do you mean to say that you have embedded your form in multiple ebay pages and want the users to be redirected to the same page.

I see a possibility to use "Get Form Page URL" widget and "Conditions" feature to achieve your requirement. Can you please let us know few of your webpage URL and I will try to test my solution to see if it works?

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

I could not locate any form from JotForm on those eBay pages. But I think you can use 'Get Form Page URL' Widget to get the page where user were previously and redirect it back if you want as suggested above.

    Hi

    Are you using PC ?

    Click on the link.

When the page has loaded you will see OFFICE EMAIL & ANY QUESTIONS ASK etc.

Our redirect feature is only to redirect to a specific page, or to a specific page based on a form selection.

There is no way to accomplish what you want with our current features. By using the "Get Form Page URL", it will detect and provide you the webpage URL where you embedded the form. It will not provide you the URL of the previous page(of your site) where you were before going to the page where your form is embedded, or where you have linked your form:

What you need requires a more complex front-end programming.

If you need to have that functionality, you would need to download the full source code of your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form, and hire a programmer that creates the custom script that will be included in your form's full source code, in order to accomplish what you need.
