When clicking on Publish button it does not open the wizard

when i select the publish button to copy code and use, it will not open - any thoughts

It seems that you were one of the few people that experienced this issue today. Our developers have released new form preferences and during the time when the switch was made the buttons - such as publish were not responding for some.

As such the same should work for you at this point.
