I see Form disabled message when trying to preview my form

When trying to publish or view my form it says its been disabled. Can you tell me why and what I need to do please?

Hello,

What happened is our Phishing system automatically suspend account if it notices suspicious activities like form collecting information that are against or Terms of Use and stuff like that. I have verified your forms, they don't look like Phishing though. 

Your forms has been activated and should be accessible now.
