    Why will our free account be disabled with our one form and 0 form views?

    We have one form: Application for Employment. As we read the criteria for the FREE service, we would be able to receive 100 applicants. We do not use "payment" options. So, why is our form being disabled? We are running radio ads and cannot have a break in "service" for lack of a better term. Please help! Thank you.

    I took a look at your Lzacrep account and I see that form has 11 submissions, which is under the limits of free account.

    Looking at the form views, I see that they are on 0 suggesting that there might be something happening to the same. You can see more about form views here: Form View Limits: What is it all about

    I will however raise this up to our developers to look into since it is strange that you got the notice and that there are 0 form views while there are 11 submissions on the same form.

    If by some chance your account does get disabled, please do let us know and we will reactivate it right away for you.

    When I was raising this to our developers I have noticed what had happened. You were using a guest account - not a free plan.

    The difference between the two is that on guest account you are limited to 10 submissions in total, not 100 as on free plan. There are also other limitations on the guest accounts next to those.

    The only difference between the two in terms of what is needed from your side is to register with an email and you are right away on the free plan (as you are now).

    As such I will not be raising this to our developers as all is OK now. Please do however let us know if you happen to have any issues or questions and we would be happy to assist with the same.

    So, you can't guarantee that our form WILL NOT be disabled?

    Since your account is registered and is no longer a Guest account, your form is now well below your accounts limits and will not be disabled.
