Created conditions were lost after refreshing the page when save did not stop spinning

Save was spinning forever, so I refreshed page and lost all my work.

See the calculated condition associated with Field 123 (number of swim lessons). I am counting the number of selected classes from each session. I had continued to do this and selected the field and all matrix choces from each of the subsequent fields and then went back and added plus signs (if you save and go back and add, the plus signs all get moved around).

Is there some better way of doing this?

Unfortunately since the Save progress was still spinning and you have refreshed the page it means that all unsaved changes were lost. Since they did not get saved, it is not possible to get them back neither.

Now what I would suggest - if something like that happens again - is to click on the preview button.

The reason why I suggest this is because when you click on save and if it does not stop spinning, clicking on Preview button next to it will initiate another save attempt before opening the form. As soon as the form is opened the saving would have been completed.

Now in regards to the second part of your post. This seems as if you are mentioning another issue where fields are re-arranged when you open the conditions again? If that is true, please do let us know, but do note that with sum the positioning of the same would not be important. If that is however what happens, do let us know and we will raise it to our developers.

I had tried hitting Preview, but nothing happened.

So, yes, look at field 153 and the calculation. I edited to add another field but when I did so all the plus signs were grouped away.

    Thus, before editing:

Then, after adding field (next matrix (fiedl 128) and checking all boxes, I get this:

I had tried hitting Preview, but nothing happened.

I have checked your form and I see that the save button is working, when I clicked on it saves the form.

It takes a bit and this could be because you have 200 fields in your form, the number of conditions could affect this as well; however, as you see it is working.

If this is till on your end, please provide us  a screenshot of the web console, this keyboard shortcut will help you to get the console on Chrome on Windows: Ctrl+Shift+J.

Regarding to your second report, since it is not related to the save button I have moved it to this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/807461

We will assist you there as soon as possible with that.

Thanks ... I broke this down into five separate fields, so was only including 40 in each, so had no problem savingl.
