    recent returned
submissions haven't been reaching my email so I'm not being notified.
Is this something you can help with?

I'm not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to receive the email notifications for which were failed earlier? Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive the failed messages again to your email address. However, you may take a look at all the email messages sent through your JotForms from the email history log. Please refer to the guide below that can help you checking the email history log of your account.

    http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History

A workaround for receiving notifications can be editing the submissions from the submissions view. Once any submission is submitted again after editing, the notifications can be triggered again. But this way, each submission on the form needs to be edited manually which could be a tedious job. Also, please be noted that only notifications can be sent after editing the submissions. Autoresponders will not be sent for editing submissions unless the option 'Send on editing submission' is enabled in the Autoresponder.

Hope this information helps! If you are referring to something different or need any further assistance, please let us know. We will be happy to assist.

    Hi there,

Apologies if I didn't make myself clear before. The problem is that I used to be notified by email when a submission was completed and sent, however recently I no longer seem to be receiving the notifications to my email address, although they are showing up in my jotform submission page.

    Thanks so much,

    Joseph

I checked the email address that you are using in your form and noticed that this is not in our bounce list, I also checked the email history and it shows that all the emails are being sent, please check your email history on the link provided by my colleague above.

I also noticed that you have not set properly your email notifications:

I would suggest you to follow this guide in order to avoid bouncing: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues

Please, check your Spam or Junk folders, your emails should be there, and if you want to re-send your emails, you only need to edit those submissions that you did not receive the email, this guide will help you to edit the submission you do not need to change anything, only open the submission, click on the edit button and click on submit, it should re-send the email notification to your email address: http://www.jotform.com/help/325-How-to-Edit-Submissions-Made-on-Your-Forms

    Hope this helps.

Thank you so much for your assistance.
I think they were getting caught up in the spam folder.
    Many thanks,
