Unable to View Encrypted Submission Data

i have cleared coaches I have tried incognito I have tried a different computer!! I does not come up with the key request!!  What is going on???  I want to see my DATA!! Please tell me how to fix this and don't say clear my CACHE!! Please!

Are you still having issues with viewing your Encrypted Form Data? 

Have you tried using your Encryption Key to Decrypt the Submission Data?

I checked it on my end and I can see your information is encrypted due to the encryption. I couldn't test this on our end because you need your own key to decrypt it which you should have gotten when you enabled the feature. Also I tested using encryption on my end but it is working normally.

If needed you can just turn of the form encryption then attempt to view your submissions data without the encryption to check it again.

This doe snot work.  The website is not asking for the key.  That is the problem. And yes I'm clearlg my cache.

I checked your form and your form build history, I can see that you put your form to be Encrypted on 11th of March, since you are getting decryption key upon creation we're, unfortunately, unable to open submissions that were submitted encrypted since we don't have that key.

It should ask you for the key when you try to open the form from submission:
