Menu for forms with page breaks

Hi,

I am working on a form which will eventually have 5 page breaks. I am wondering if there is a way to create a menu that will allow the user to navigate between the pages more easily than just using the 'back/forward' buttons. Thanks so much!

Yes, there is a way to do that using the Widgets Tab, this widget works in conjunction with the page breakers.
