I have checked your online form over its direct link ( https://form.jotform.com/60866422690157 ), and on my end it appears similar as in the Form Builder while editing it. All fields are positioned in the same way. As an example, here is page 3 of the online form:

Here is that same page 3 in Form Builder:

I also see the same on other pages of your form - they look similar in both the Form Builder and in the online form.

Are you instead having this problem when the form is embedded on your website? If so, can you please share a link to where the form is embedded, so that we can take a closer look into it?

It is generally best to publish a form to your website by using our iFrame embed method, as it prevents most kinds of conflicts between the website and the form:

If the issue persists, please let us know a link to where the form is embedded, and possibly include a screenshot of the issue so that we can better understand how the issue appears on your end. You can add images to your posts by following these instructions:

We will await your response. Thank you.
