Why are users getting a "read error on connection"?

    Hello,

     

    Our forms were working at 1pm, but just recently two users have experienced the "oops...read error on connection" issue and our forms are not working.

    Could you please help with a troubleshoot?Why are users getting a read error on connection? Image 1 Screenshot 20

    This was a temporary problem and should be all fixed now. Sorry about that.
