getting an error connection with our jotform connected to dropbox!

    We are getting this error and we have been using this form for a long time in connection with Drop Box and as far as I know, no changes or adjustments have been made. I need to narrow it down to either you guys or Dropbox. Dropbox is working so I will start with you guys. We need this fixed ASAP! I don't like the idea of not having a phone number to call. Please call or connect with us somehow. I have another form I need to create and I am not feeling confident now with jotforms in connction with our Dropbox. I want to eliminate you guys as the source of the problem if I can. Thanks!

    UPDATE ...

    I regenerated the embed source code and after a few copy overs it started working again. Any idea why we had this read error on connection?

    Sorry about the issue, and we're glad to hear that it is now working correctly again. About 3 hours ago, there was a problem in our primary datacenter in US. It created a downtime and other issues for our primary servers, which were resolved by moving to our alternative / backup datacenter (also in US).

    Services should be resolved now, and you can always check our up-time or down-time on our status monitoring website:

    Uploading files while most of our servers were still down or in the process of being moved would have caused the read error.

    Everything should be working fine now, but please let us know if you continue to have any problems, and we will be happy to check and help.
