Problems with jotform submissions

    I think you all have some issues. I'm getting people to fill out this forms 50 times. I'm getting multiple emails but they get an error message.

    I'm in full summit mode with about 20 some active forms... I need this looked at ASAP

    Can you provide one of the form URLs with the problem? Just tested one of your forms and it submitted fine.

    I've received 3 emails for one form already now.

    Client says form gives an error

    I think they might have received the error while were having the problem. Because I am able to submit this form without any problems.

    Are you sure? LOL> I've received 2 emails. I later seen, one had an image in it the other did not.

    Yes, sorry. I submitted twice.

    The notification 2 is not arriving because the Attach PDF is broken at this moment. You should disable that temporarily to receive the emails. We should fix it within a day.

    That's not the problem I DID get it twice.

    We also did fix the Attach PDF now. You can keep using it.

    Alright. I think things are better. I haven't received 20 emails for one form anymore since we started talking. I thank you so much for responding this quickly. I rely heavily on these forms for my clients so it was really starting to get scary there for a minute.

    Two clients have told me they have filled out my "Questions" form and submitted it but I haven't received it. One on the 2nd of July and the other on the 7th of July. They submitted one each of my other two forms and they both arrived in my inbox.

    Can you help please? Jotform has been very reliable up to now and I appreciate being able to use it.
