I checked the log for your email addresses and noticed that the emails are being sent, I see that you are using more than one email in the notification and this is not properly set, please follow this guide in order to send the email notifications to multiple recipients: http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients.
