I have received several email notifications of forms being submitted today, the last was at 9:50AM Pacific time.
Looking into the list of submitted forms here, it appears there have been several submitted since for which I did not receive an email.Page URL:

Due to our primary datacenter unexpectedly having a down-time today, we had to move to our backup datacenter. Our backup datacenter was unable to send any emails that had PDF files attached to them, until this was fixed and all servers correctly started in our backup datacenter.
This means that emails with PDF files attached were not being sent for an hour or two today while we were working on restoring everything.
I have checked your form email history, and it looks like your emails are being delivered again.
Can you please check and let us know if you are receiving your emails correctly now?
