Not receiving form email alerts

    I am experiencing the same recipient email issue. Our servers recognize the reply to and sender emails. What jotform addresses should we add?

    Could you please provide us with information about affected form(s) and email recipient(s)? We will need to take a look into the email alert settings and logs to provide you with relevant information.

    It looks like things are back up and running - I guess JF had an outage that affected submissions with PDFs?

    Thank you for your update. Yes, today we had a data center problem which affected some emails with PDFs. We are sorry for the inconveniences caused.
