This has only happened a couple times, but sometimes we receive the notification email but the form doesn't drop into the Dropbox folder. This just happened with our most recent Safety Meeting submission, and Dropbox is not full, which was the first thing I considered.

We are sorry for the inconveniences caused.
There were some troubles with the Dropbox integration on March 25-27 due to API version that we used. Our developers have already applied a fix.
Also, unfortunately, we had a data center problem today, so we did an emergency switch to AWS to reduce possible downtime.
If you notice any more missing submissions at Dropbox, please update this thread.
