Form link says it is disabled

    this is the link... it says its disabled. Please help

    We apologize for the inconveniece caused. Your account was autosuspended by the Phishing filter due to suspected phishing form. But I manually checked your forms and I did not find any phishing form. I have corrected the mistake and reinstated your forms. 

    You may now continue using our services.

    there are still issues!! I spent two hours making a form and now it's gone!!! It autosaved etc and nothing..... super bummer.

    'the link above is to the template... but I edited the template... isnt that what I'm supposed to do?

    Hi Pamela,

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

    Our phishing filter was too strict on your form http://www.jotform.us/form/60906433147151 . The mere mention of 'password' in the Terms on the form triggered the Phishing filter and disabled the form.

    I have fixed this now by enabling the form again and added it to our Whitelist. It should not be disabled automatically anymore.

    Let us know if there are still issue.
