A few applicants who submitted using the form are getting this repeated message "Oops! Read error on connection." Can you explain what the issue is and how we can remedy this problem? We've upgraded to the bronze membership, so we still have plenty of space.

Our apologies. This was a temporary problem and our developers have just fixed it a few hours ago. Please check again and let us know if you will still receive a report about it.
