Three people have written that they get error messages when they submit the form

A deadline for my applications is tomorrow. IN the past few hours, three people have written that they get error messages when they submit the grant.

 

What information do you need to help me with this problem, asap.  Three teachers wrote complete grants and when they pressed submit they got an error message. They are going crazy.  I am not sure how to help as when i try it it works fine.  One kept it open on her computer for four days.  Not sure about the others.  Please  help me as quickly as you can as the deadline is tomorrow.

 

 

What error are they getting? Do you have a screenshot of that? I have just tested your form and was able to submit it without any issues so I think the issue is resolved now. We have an issue with our servers a few hours ago and we have it all back in just a span or 30 minutes. Please let us know if people are still getting the error.

Two of the three were fine. One was not but I think she did something when she got the error message. I think we are fine. Thank you all for your responsiveness. I depend on jot form a great deal and am always impressed with your support when i need it.
