Changes in the form builder is not showing up in live form viewAsked by wimmichiels on March 31, 2016 at 05:40 PM
I am testing a form to be used for processing vacancies. It concerns the form
When I edit the form (e.g. change the title or subtitle) and save the changes, then they are not visible when clicking on "Preview" or when calling the form from another website.
Could you let me know the problem?
This is your Heading and Sub Heading now:
Are these not the correct texts? We have an issue with our servers a few hours ago, but our developers have fixed it already. Please check again and let us know if you still can't see the changes on the live form view.
I would also suggest clearing your forms cache: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache. I already did this for you, but do it everytime the changes won't auto reflect. This should help.
