I cannot post forms on my site or any other way. I know it is only my account because someone else in my office was able to use their account.
It is very important that I have use of this please help as soon as possible.

I did check your form and found that your form "Authorization Payment form" and "One Time Payment Authorization" is suspected to be used for phishing as you have fields which is asking your users to input their credit card details. Please be noted that you should not ask credit card information from your users. If you need to process payments, please use one of our integrated payment tools.
We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities. It's just a matter of time and our anti-phishing filter will disable your form and suspend your account.
I have deleted credit card related field from your form and activated your account. Do try to sign in to your account and get back to us if you have any trouble.
