how to show all of the info of a form into pdf?

I want to be able to save my signed forms as a pdf, and have them sent in auto responding emails.  I have figured out how to do that, except the pdf does not show the text of the contract/form conditions. how do i get that? I would like it in the pdf so I can archive them in my clients files.

You can show the entire verbiage from your from by checking the "Show Headers and Texts" option in the submissions page.

1. Go to your submissions page.

2. Click the gear icon.

3. Check "Show Headers and Texts"

The downloaded pdf should now have the terms seen from your form.
