    Your account was autosuspended by our anti-phishing tool because you have forms asking users for password. "Senha" is translated as "Password" in English.

    Please note that we do not allow forms asking for sensitive information like log in credentials, passwords, credit card details, bank information and the likes using plain form fields.     I have re-activated your account, but I have deleted the guilty form fields that violated our terms, please do avoid creating similar forms or fields that ask for passwords. If you create similar forms, you will most likely be suspended again.

    Also if you are asking users for payment, it is a must to add a payment tool/payment integration in your form. It is not allowed to create plain form fields to ask for credit card details (this is also mentioned in the terms of use).
