I lost 2 payment submissions where used, though non of the payments went through!

because their card was declined. Please give me back these unused submissions.

If the card was declined and the payment was not processed, then the submission might be treated as an incomplete payment, and as such they will not be seen in the submissions page. You can check out the Incomplete Payments by following this guide: How to View Incomplete Payments.
