Our email has been blocked again

    Our email has been put on a block list again   Can we have it removed so we will get our forms.

    I've fixed it for you. Here are the details of the issue:

    info@crenshaws.com is IN Remove the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 5.7.9 Message not accepted for policy reasons.

    Your settings are correct upon checking some of your forms so I think the issue is with your hosting provider. We recommend adding us to your server whitelist settings. Here's our list: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
