My customer pays for his service and this has been a big headach. He wants us to switch to another form builder and I dont blame him. I switched all of the forms over to .net when the issue happened. I went to create a new form there, linked it but then I get an error that I have to go to jotformpro.com.
So I have some links with .net, some under the .com, and now I am suppossed to go to jotformpro.com? Commuincation on your part would be great! Maybe a customer service email? This is really unprofessional for a company to operate like this.Page URL:

You are right, our new domain for Premium users is jotformpro.com, you can also manage your old forms through this domain, and they will stay the same .com & .net.
We have split our domains to make the service more robust, and we hope that recent issue will never happen again.
