Hi there.  It says I have reached my submissions quota at 1000.  I was at a PREMIUM plan.  I am not sure what to do.

SO what I did was I changed the plan.  I don't know if that was the right thing to do.

It doesn't seem so since it still seems that I have reached my quota.  Can you assist me?

I see that you have upgraded your account to Bronze. Please note that the Bronze subscription is similar to the old Premium subscription. Both plans have a limit of 1,000 submissions per month. So even if you upgrade to Bronze, since your submissions is over 1,000, you still would have reached the 1,000 limit of the bronze subscription.

But since it is now the 1st day of the month (April 1st), the submission counter will reset to 0 so you will no longer be over limit. I checked your account and I can confirm that your submission count is currently at 11 as of this writing. If you expect to receive more than 1,000 submissions a month, then I would suggest you upgrade your subscription to Silver.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.
    Regards.
