Why Data and time tool is not responding on my website?

I checked your form and indeed it is not showing on your website, but it is showing normally on the form itself:

So it has something to do with the way how it is published on your website, since I can see some errors in the console when you try to click on date/time field.

Could you try to use another embedding method, iFrame for example and embed it in that way?

You can do that by going to Publish on your form builder and Click Embed-iFrame:

So just copy iFrame code instead of your script code that you had earlier.
