I have now had 22 failed emails to my business (I have a B&B and these were guests wishing to book a room) I have been using JotForm for the past FIVE YEARS without any problem. My email address was being bounced from Wednesday 23rd of March to Saturday 26th - 11 emails did not get through! I removed my email address from the bounce list and got emails for one day - Sunday the 28th - now I have realised it went back on the list and I have lost another 11 emails between Tuesday the 29th and today, 1st of April.

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience. I have checked the email address you have set to receive the notification when the form from the website you have posted is submitted, however, it is already removed from the bounce list and I cannot verify the reason why it ended up there in the first place. It is possible that your email server is the one that bounces the emails so there is an issue on your email server - bounce list is only a way to see that this happens and records the reason for it. This issue needs to be fixed. You may check the guides below for more information.

I took it off your bounce list today and so far it is working okay again. Many thanks for replying quickly - I'll follow your advice and guides :)
