    Hi,

This is a yearly form that we use for a conference for people submitting files.  However it seems that any large files that I try and upload are failing.  I've tried 500-700mb files both zip and mov and they get to the end and fail.  Smaller 1-2mb files seem to be file.  I know the file limit of previous year has always been 1gb has this changed?

    Have I set something wrong?

    Testing parameters:

    Windows 7 in Chrome browser

File size tests:  323mb .mov [GOOD], 427mb .mov [FAILED], 600mb .zip [FAILED], 727mb .mov [FAILED]

    Windows 7 in IE

File size tests:  323mb .mov [GOOD], 427mb .mov [UPLOADS BUT DOESN'T APPEAR IN SUBMISSION], 727mb .mov [UPLOADS BUT DOESN't APPEAR SUBMISSION]

    Kind regards,

    Ben

I see that you included a link to another form without the "allow multiple" uploads option. Are the uploads successful when using the traditional uploader? The allow multiple uploader is more unstable with larger files. Even though it technically possible to upload files up to 1Gb (if the current plan allows it) it is always advisable to use the traditional uploader when using larger files.

One additional question are the total file sizes less than 1Gb? This is, when uploading several files, are the sum of the files smaller than 1Gb?

I will make further tests and will let you know more details.

Let us know if we can assist you further.

Hi, traditional up-loader is not causing issues only the multi-up-loader.  The total sum of the files does not seem to affect the failure. Regards, Ben

I will check with my colleague, to see if she was able to replicate mentioned issue.

If the issue is caused by the multi-up-loader, I would suggest you to add several transnational upload fields, like you did inside of this form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/40702560707954
