Increasing the height of the Facebook integraton of my form and Notifiers not working

Asked by Amphoracr on April 01, 2016 at 08:01 AM

    Hi Team,

I hope you are doing great. I am new using your platform which is great BTW, and have started to test it out with a contact form integrated on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/AmphoraCR/app/684336108254110/

The only thing though is that the height of the iframe is shorter than the form. I wonder if I can make it any higher so that users do not have to scroll on the internal window of the form to find the SEND button?

Also, I have configured the notifiers in multiple ways but cannot make them work. The form does capture the information and I can see it on the back end, but the email notifiers are not working.

Thanks so much in advance for any advise you can provide on this!

    All the best!

It looks like the height of the app is set to small by Facebook which is causing the form to have scroll bars. However, I have tested your cloned JotForm by embedding it on my test Facebook account using Static HTML App method and see that the form height is auto adjusted.

Please refer to the guide to use Static HTML App method.

Here is my Facebook book page where the form is embedded.

Hope this information helps! The question related to the notifiers is moved to a separate thread and shall be answered there shortly.

    Thank you!
