When are you getting this error message? When you try to import your data to JotForm?
I have checked email address that you used to post this thread and I found account with username Mksville. However that account does not have any forms. You need to have to be able to import data to JotForm.
If possible can you please provide us a screenshot of error message that you are getting?
Looking forward to your reply.

Thank you for the quick response. A colleague of mine shared all the Jotforms, so that I can use them. I assume because I down own them I can't access them to do imports etc.
Is there a way to co-share an account or do I need to login with her details and then import CSV data into forms?

I would like to apologize, it seems that you need to be the owner of the form before you can import submissions to it via http://import.jotform.io/.
With regards to what you're asking if it is possible to co-share an account, it would not be possible. Other accounts can only be a sub-user of a main account. And since sub-user accounts can only view the forms or make edits to it depending on the permission granted to them by the main account, you would need to login as the main account before you can make any imports.
