How can I move my form to my website using a widget on my website?

I have created a registration form and want to put it on my website using a widget.  What source code do I use to accomplish this?

Soon as you completed the form just click on set up and embed, click on embed form (with the globe icon) and click on iframe. You will be able to get the code for the form, just put in on the widget and it's good to go. Hope that helps :)
