    Gift Registry Widget: The item limits won't change and customized messages is not displaying

    The limit item (=inscription) is 15. Nevertheless, I got 17 items.

    None message (=Merci de vous inscrire en liste d'attente) does not work.

    A lot of problem with gift registry widget. Not reliable.

    Is there a solution ?

    Hi there,

    When I cloned or previewed your form I can see the correct configured limit (15) on your "Gift Registry" widget. Actually, it shows the current number what I set on its wizards, there is no problem with that one I think. I cleared your "Form Caches" and I suggest you to clear your browser caches to overcome this problem.

    However, I can't view the changes on customized "None Available" message on the current widget like you said; but on the newly created "Gift Registry" widget, I can able to show the changes on that messages.

    So, I suggest you to create a new widget to beat this problem. You are right, the widget has some contradictions; but this is the fast way to fix it. For further assistance, please do let us know.
