Applicants and myself are unable to submit the form, I am continually getting the message "Upload Error" (see attached screen shot). I have tried changing the file upload buttons from single file attachment to multiple file attachment, and removing the "Required" feature on them, but in all cases the error message still comes up. It is this form https://form.jotform.com/60623900926959 but I made a testing duplicate without all the fields required or the first form and saving feature at https://form.jotform.com/60884570841967 . But oddly both forms do not work. Is there a bug in this particular form and passed on to the duplicate? I tried a different form altogether and it works with uploading files. Please advise, thanks.Page URL:

I've cloned into your account the form "Clone of Avondbloem - No Saving - Support team" and could successfully upload a file:
