How to adjust height of Terms and Conditions field in form?

HI, after a long day of issues with Jotform yesterday I am now having another issue on the form listed below.  A customer couldnt register because the box for terms and conditions widget would disappear, so now I deleted that and added it back but now my terms and conditions are only partially seen by customers.  Can you please help.
