I guess this is a April Fools day Prank. But - dont you think there should be an obvious work around - so people can do some work? Any ideas?

When you click on the balloons they should go away and it should not show up again. Is it stuck for you?

Yeah - i clicked the balloons. and they did go away. but all of my forms are missing.

You are logged out. You are not logged into your woodlandswim account. That's why you are not seeing any forms. Login to see your forms. I checked your account. They are all there.
