Please review our account. We've integrated JotForm with Zoho and matched up all of the fields via the setup wizard. The integration says it's working properly.
When we test our form, the data is not being transferred over to our Zoho account. When we try to edit the integration, it consistently says "authentication failed" and we have to reauthenticate. What are we missing here?
We've been trying to figure this out for 2 days now.

I checked the integration and I was able to authenticate without issue.
However, when I went to edit the integration, I also saw the "Authentication failed" error:
The contacts were not being forwarded to Zoho either.
However, when I used the authentication token directly, it did indeed work:
Remove your current integration, set up a new integration using your most recent Auth key:
https://accounts.zoho.com/u/h#sessions/userauthtoken
And the integration should then work as expected.
