Asked by fsboa on March 01, 2012 at 02:08 PM

We are looking to become a premium customer of jotform. I just have a couple of questions. We have a very time sensitive orgaization and I have to ask how realiable is the jotform system. Going to the forum you have it seems like there have been many issues lately. Is that the normal ??

    Thank you

The forum is actually a source of information for people who are having problems embedding or creating their forms. Jotform is the easiest form builder you can find online and even those people who doesn't have technical background can definitely use it. With over 700,000 users and over 2 million user-generated forms on its servers, Jotform is one of the most reliable form builder and an active forum definitely means great customer service. Hope that helps :)

The issues which happened recently was unforseen our domain was suspended, you can find further information on what transpired on our Blog. Since then we made several changes and updates to prevent something similar in nature from happening in the future.

Our service is designed to stay live when one of our servers are down. We have multiple load balanced servers and database servers. In fact last year to test out that we can handle thousands of submissions per second  facebook used JotForm in a live event to have users ask questions.
