    Form submission not sent to my e-mail

    Not pleased.  Just notice that the most recent form submission never made it to my e-mail account??  It's ion my inbox on the Jotform site, but never made it to me.   Its my PCC form.  the 2/26 submission.   

    Why did this happen? It's not OK.

     

    Definiitely not in my spam folder.  I'll add those to the whitelist, but am still very concerned.  I've just noticed another submission from another form that didn't make it to me.  Extremely frustrating.

    Have you checked your Spam folder for the missing email? If you don't find it there, it might be possible that your mail server blocked the said email. Please note that we use different IP addresses to send out email notifications.

    It would help to add these IP addresses to your mail server's whitelist to make sure that all email messages come through:

    174.34.57.214
    174.34.57.216
    174.34.57.218
    174.34.57.219
    208.117.50.251

    I checked the mail logs on our server and the results indicates that the email was sent, please let us know if adding the IP addresses in your whitelist worked.
