My forms aren't loading, and on the off-chance they do, they take up to 10 minutes to save and load a preview. Is there a problem with the EU server that might be causing this? In particular, I'm having real trouble with form ID 60917245868366. Thanks in advance.

There are a number of factors why may contribute to this matter such as slowing internet connection at the period when the form was viewed, or high traffic of users on JotForm resulting to slow loading when the form owner views or edits the form in his account.
But as of testing on my end, I did not encounter any problems, so it's possible that the problem was due to the latter (high traffic at the time). However, if the problem persists on your end feel free to let us know. We'll be more than happy to assist.
