delete purchase order as form of payment

I am not certain I understand your concern of you have figured out already the problem at hand.  Upon checking your form, what I see is a PayPal payment tool and not a purchase order payment tool.  

However, if you have not yet figured out yet how to delete any element or field in your form, what you need to do is select the field and then clicking the X button
