I checked the mail log of your email dropshipzaraawliya@gmail.com and I noticed there are some mails that was not sent successfully.
I checked our bounce list and the email is not on the list. If the issue still persists, please ensure that you have set the Notification Email > Sender Email to noreply@jotform.com and see if it will help.
