Phishing Detector: Account suspended due to forms being in French

    Dear support,

    I noticed today that all my forms are disabled: 

    example : https://form.jotformeu.com/40546679738369

    form not found

    the form is disabled

     

    I never got this problem before and I did not disable the forms,
    what is happening ?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Our anti-phishing detector has just been updated, it is quite sensitive now and is still being calibrated. It gave your form "Bon de commande Party Pack" a false positive assessment, leading to your account to be autosuspended.

    I have re-activated your account and whitelisted the form in question. I have also forwarded this to our back-end team as a basis of improving the phishing detector that we have. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    For the meantime, as a possible workaround and avoid being autosuspended again, please do have your forms in English and translate them to French by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/298-How-to-translate-your-forms-to-different-languages. With that, the phishing detector should read your forms better and avoid false positive assessment.
