First things first, I've noticed your forms are asking for Credit Card information, which is considered as phishing activity and is strictly forbidden by our terms of use:

    https://www.jotform.com/terms/

Please remove these fields from your forms, so that your account doesn't get suspended due to phishing. If you want to receive payments through your forms, it must be done by using one of our supported, PCI DSS compliant, payment tools:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/323-Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm

We are not a PCI DSS compliant service, so collection of any CC or banking details outside of using one of the supported payment tools is prohibited.

On regards to the problem you are having with changing the recipient of the email notification, I have cloned one of the forms from your account, and it appears to be functioning correctly. Here is a short animation from the test:

You can change the recipient by clicking on the Emails button at the top, and then Edit on the email notification.

In the window that loads, simply click into the Recipient Email field, click backspace to delete the old address, and enter a new one. Press enter after entering the new address, and then click on Edit Email, and finally on Save button.

If you are having troubles doing that in your main browser, there may be an extension or setting conflict within the browser, so in that case I would recommend trying from another browser such as Firefox.

Please let us know if you are able to change the recipient address of your notification, and please also remove the violating Credit Card fields from your form in order to ensure your account remains active and in good standing.

    Thank you.
