Our forms are jumbled in Adobe.

Our form was created 18 months ago and has been working flawlessly.  Then a few days ago our email that we get notifications to got added to the Bounce List and we were able to correct that thanks to your FAQ's.  However, now we are having trouble with our submissions being jumbled when we convert them to PDF.  We cannot figure out why this is happening or how to correct it.  We have not changed our form or any settings.  But we cannot read our submissions or send them on to others in PDF when they are jumbled.  Thanks.
