Links are saying over quota. Why it's a new month?

All of my links are not working, they all say over quota.  It's a new month so I shouldn't be over quota anymore. 

I checked your account/username  assistantfirechief18  and it is currently Active and forms are available at this time.

It could be a temporary delay on updating your account. Please check again and see if this still is the case. Let us know if issue remains.
