I have a form that will not send an autoresponder email after a user completes.

I have an autoresponder set up as far as I can tell, is another setting in need of updating as well?

Please refer to our user guide on how to properly setup Incomplete Payment Notification Email on your Payment form.
I checked your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/60926387254160 and I see that Notification for incomplete payment was not enabled.
